Do You Think Too Much?

Similar to biting your nails or dropping too many F bombs, over thinking things can be one of those annoying habits.  Psychologists suggest in order to break a habit you must have a plan. Preferably one that is gradual and allows you to make small steps toward a more desirable behavior. Ideally, it is key to include a replacement behavior, something you will "do" instead of the habit. 

These are some of the things, I had in mind, when I created the C.L.E.A.N.S.E Method,™ featured in Emotional Detox. Step 1, is your replacement behavior and because the formula contains 7 mindful steps, it gradually removes all obvious and not so obvious ways we resort to thinking.

The Answer is YES!

Probably the most frequent question I receive about The C.L.E.A.N.S.E Method™ featured in Emotional Detox, is, "Do I have to do all seven steps?"

The answer is YES!

You see the seventh step takes you to the "I am" two of the most powerful words you can say! These words are frequently referenced in the bible as well as other cultures and religious. I discuss the power of "I am" in Mantras Made Easy as well as Emotional Detox. 

Remember it is not about the steps, it is about the inner movement. Keep practicing. It works and remember this is also the method for manifesting!

There are no negative emotions....

The Emotional Detox journey takes you on a new road where negative emotions do not exist. In the book, I describe how labeling your emotions (before the C.L.E.A.N.S.E) can actually inhibit you from feeling them. What happens when we label our emotions as good, bad, worse, better, negative, positive is we learn to put our guard up, filter (judge) rather than experience what is happening. This creates internal barriers, suffocating our emotional flow leaving you with the impression that healing takes work.
