Today, sit for a moment and breathe. Take a long inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose. Close your eyes and allow the energy in your body to move about. Things are shifting inside of you. If you believe you have to wait until day thirty to feel a difference give yourself permission to release this. It is happening now, you are becoming surrender. Feel it all, even the uncomfortable sensations. If anger, resentment or sadness surface know this is all happening for you. Focus on breathing today, consciously and mindfully. Write a note and pin it up somewhere to remind yourself to breathe often. Journal about what it feels like to in your body.
