Emotional Detox Tip!
Use a tennis ball to help work out those tense muscles and kinks. Tense muscles equals restricted breath which will interfere with the processing of your emotions. Put a tennis ball underneath your desk so you can roll it around the ball of your foot. The energy points on your feet connect to your organs!
