Dear Leader,

Are you looking to bring more ease into the workplace? Wish you could offer your staff some simple approaches for decreasing stress and anxiety? Are you interested in mindful ways which help get to the root of the problem?

My name is Sherianna Boyle. I am a former School Psychologist, current Adjunct Psychology Professor and author of seven books. I am writing to inform you about a professional development opportunity for you and your staff. In my most recent book, Emotional Detox, Simon & Schuster, spring 2018, I outline the C.L.E.A.N.S.E. formula. It is a seven step, mindful process of teaching people how to get back to their natural (non-reactive selves).

What is C.L.E.A.N.S.E?

Through this seven step process participants will learn:

* How to turn down reactivity

* The difference between self- reflection and self-awareness

* The art of setting intentions

* Breathing techniques for eliminating negativity

* Tools for effective communication

* The key to letting go

* How to invite more ease into your life

Delivery: The C.L.E.A.N.S.E formula is delivered uniquely through a chair yoga practice. Just like students can benefit from hands on and visual approaches so do educators. This way participants can put the skills right into practice. This increases their ability to process, and memorize these steps which can improve the quality of one’s life and overall teaching abilities.

Length: The C.L.E.A.N.S.E. formula can be delivered as a sample one hour format. Ideally, it is nice to have two hours so participants can ask questions and practice the communication skills on each other.

Schedule and Find Out More: To schedule a workshop or find out more go to sheriannaboyle.com. There you will find a contact form. Please let me know the dates and times you are interested in. You may also contact me at 774-994-7206. I look forward to hearing from you.

March 2015 Gift Class

"I have been in years of therapy and never have experienced this kind of transformation. I am so grateful for the opportunity to take this class." AJ

"I am someone who used to experience frequent panic attacks. By the third GFL class they were gone."

"You and your class were truly a gift to me! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to listen to you and learn from you. You have provided me with tools to change my spirit and my life, a goal that I had been focused on for many, many years. While I know that I had had tons of growth over those years, there seemed to still be an unexplainable emptiness. After spending time with you in class and in private sessions, today that emptiness feels so much lighter ~ and so does my level of anxiety!"

"I was driving home from work the other day, in silence, just sitting with self and a thought popped into my head. I have spent so many years in counseling with one therapist or another, and I never ever felt like I had achieved a breakthrough like I did in my sessions with you. It's such a funny thing, how and when certain people come into your life. I feel blessed!"
