Come join me at the NEW Villiage Yoga (formerly The Yoga Shack) in Marstons Mills, MA.  I will lead you through a two hour practice of embracing anxiety from inside out. You will learn the difference between stress and anxiety, possible triggers as well as mind/body strategies that soothe the mind and feed the heart and soul.
