My name is Sherianna Boyle. I am a former School Psychologist, current Adjunct Psychology Professor and author of seven books. I am writing to inform you about a professional development opportunity for you and your staff. In my most recent book, Emotional Detox, Simon & Schuster, spring 2018, I outline the C.L.E.A.N.S.E. formula. It is a seven step, mindful process of teaching people how to get back to their natural (non-reactive selves).

What is C.L.E.A.N.S.E?

Through this seven step process participants will learn:

* How to turn down reactivity

* The difference between self- reflection and self-awareness

* The art of setting intentions

* Breathing techniques for eliminating negativity

* Tools for effective communication

* The key to letting go

* How to invite more ease into your life

Delivery: The C.L.E.A.N.S.E formula is delivered uniquely through a chair yoga practice. Just like students can benefit from hands on and visual approaches so do educators. This way participants can put the skills right into practice. This increases their ability to process, and memorize these steps which can improve the quality of one’s life and overall teaching abilities.

Length: The C.L.E.A.N.S.E. formula can be delivered as a sample one hour format. Ideally, it is nice to have two hours so participants can ask questions and practice the communication skills on each other.

Yoga Workshops per request. Sherianna's teachings are a blend of psychology, energy techniques, yoga and meditation. Her focus is to teach students how to work with energy on the mat, incorporate empowering mindsets and to align the physical, emotional and spiritual anatomy.

Mon/Wed 10 a.m. & Tuesday's 12:30 Yoga for college credit Cape Cod Community College. Students will learn basic poses, stress reduction techniques, proper breathing and more. Register must be done through Cape Cod Community College.



Private Yoga either in the comfort of your own home or mine. Sessions are also available via Centerville Yoga. Privates are centered around your needs and can include building core skills such as increasing your ability to communicate, decrease negativity and increase ease in your life.
