You have two more number 3’s. It is likely you are taking things personally or putting too much pressure on yourself. This can infringe on your ability to see the good in yourself and those around you. You may be experiencing a lot of self-doubt or frustration. When left unattended this can negatively impact your self-esteem, mental and physical health (e.g. bodily tension or pain). You may be feeling like the tools you have are not working or you just feel too overwhelmed to use them.

To bring your levels down, it is important that you reflect on what is important to you, what do you value and what brings meaning to your life. It is time to quit giving the things that bother you so much attention. Instead focus on what brings you joy, happiness and contentment. It’s time for you to get some support. This may be a coach, therapist, mentor or close friend to speak to. If you already have a therapist consider increasing the amount or adding some additional support. If possible, give yourself a day off, take time to rest, get outside and connect to nature.

It is suggested you move through a Cleanse practice daily (minimum of 5-7x per week). Be sure to begin by reading the core book: Emotional Detox: 7 Steps to Release Toxicity & Energize Joy, then work with the Cleanses featured in the book: Emotional Detox for Anxiety. Use the Emotional Detox Deck as supplement to your practice (as needed).
