The Yoga & Fitness Membership is a blend of spirituality, mental health, and physical fitness exercises. You get movement, mindfulness, meditation, resistance training, flexibility, and yoga in just 50 minutes. We meet live twice a week on Zoom. This membership is for individuals looking to stay fit, strong, healthy, resilient, connected and calm.
