You have mainly ones and twos (no threes). This means you are moving in and out of reactivity. You have enough self-awareness to remain somewhat calm, yet at times you feel like you are struggling. You are aware of mindful tools to support you and are occasionally turning to them.

To bring your reactivity levels down, consider, Cleansing or using a mindful tool (such as breathing, stretching, walks outside) more frequently. If this does not bring your levels down consider adding a coach, therapist or another outlet (e.g. exercise class) to your routine. Whatever you choose be consistent.

It is suggested you move through a Cleanse practice a minimum of 4x per week. Be sure to read the core book: Emotional Detox: 7 Steps to Release Toxicity & Energize Joy before moving into any other books. Use the Emotional Detox Deck as a supplement (as needed).
