Can I do Cleanse Yoga if I'm not flexible?
Yes! You don’t have to be flexible or even in shape to be a part of a Cleanse Yoga practice. You practice within the comfort of your own home, so feel free to take breaks and modify as needed.
Can I practice if I am pregnant?
It depends on what your doctor says and how your pregnancy is going. Cleanse Yoga is intended to reach all levels, ranges, and abilities.
If you are pregnant never hold your breath. Do not take part in any kind of forceful breathing.
Go easy (be gentle) with twists. Skip detox yoga poses that involve abdominal strengthening or which put pressure on your belly. Listen to your body don’t do anything new or that you have never tried before you were pregnant.
