Worried about the Coronavirus? Read this...

March 2020. I just got back from NYC where concerns about the Coronavirus were flying high. I went to attend a luncheon with other best selling authors. Before lunch began an announcement was made that there would be no hand shaking, yet hugs were optional. At first we were all very conscious of the way we interacted with one another, but by the end of the event, our intimate, honest discussions brought us closer—to the point where everyone was exchanging hugs before we said good-bye.

We are learning more and more that this might have been a little risky, but it is also an illustration of how love breaks all barriers, including the ones put up by fear. So during this time period, I suggest keep connecting, whether it be over a meal, a phone call, or a walk outside. The spirit of connection builds our immunity like nothing else.

I recently discussed this topic on my podcast. And I offer seven 5-minute Covid meditations bundled into one download. If you are struggling or worried in any way, I encourage you to CLEANSE. The impact of self-care will go far beyond the fears of this virus.

Warm Hugs,
Sherianna
