Listen I am a mom of three with a private practice, a marriage and an active teaching schedule, there is no way in heck I would create something that wasn’t practical, effective and once you get the hang of it fun!

Here is the thing, your emotions tell a story. When you suppress or repress your feelings, you withhold your story. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, worried or fearful it is likely you are resisting your emotions. It is your resistance which can contribute to fearful patterns, triggered responses, anxiety and depression. This can make life seem difficult, tense and out of control.
